With our highly motivated teams of ex-service personnel and reservists delivering in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Cheshire and Yorkshire we aim to enhance the educational experience of all the young people we meet. 

 

INSTRUCTOR

Starting Salary - £18300 p.a

30 Days paid holiday with extra leave for Reservists

Training Provided

To plan, deliver and evaluate, specially designed sessions as part of the Development Programme, aimed at improving respect, discipline and confidence, resulting in achievement

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver development programmes across the full spectrum of education providers in the UK, using resources and training provided.
  • Deliver challenging sessions as part of a wider activity or experience day.
  • Evaluate performance and establish action plans to improve outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and ensure that the delivery of products matches the requirements of the client.
  • Ensure the management and equipment care for all TSOM resources.
  • Adhere to all TSOM safeguarding policies
  • Embody the values and standards of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.
  • Maintain confidentially of sensitive information.

MENTOR

 

Starting Salary - £18300 p.a

30 Days paid holiday with extra leave for Reservists

Training Provided

 

To plan, deliver and evaluate, specially designed sessions as part of the Mentoring Programme, aimed at improving respect, discipline and confidence, resulting in achievement

 

Responsibilities:

 

Work independently with mentees to plan and deliver bespoke sessions utilising the training and equipment provided.

  • Build professional relationships with vulnerable children and young adults, that allows them to develop and start to unlock their potential.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and effective daily reports on the outcomes of TSOM sessions.
  • Participate and encourage mentees in group activities.
  • Communicate effectively with line managers in line with company procedures.
  • Adhere to all TSOM safeguarding policies
  • Embody the values and standards of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.
  • Maintain confidentially of sensitive information.
