Get Your Student Population Fit and Healthy with Military Style Fitness Sessions

Did you know that a recent research revealed that childhood obesity has reached record levels and that only 15% of children are getting the recommended 60 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per day? The School of Military (TSOM)is offering you the opportunity to improve the health and fitness of your students with our new military style fitness sessions.

About the Sessions

Far more than just physical activity, Each TSOM fitness session is 45 to 60 minutes long and covers the benefits of physical and mental fitness, weight management and healthy eating. Prior to the start of the course, our trained fitness experts perform a fitness assessment of the class and provide a result chart at the end. We also give each class a fitness assignment to complete at home and signed off by their parent/guardian.

For young people to stay healthy, the NHS recommends three types of exercise each week: aerobic exercise, exercise to strengthen their bones and exercise to strengthen their muscles.
